WARRANTY:
We do have the normal factory warranty up till 3 years for a President CB.

There is no warranty for antenna's, cables, meters and other equipment without serialnumbers.

No warranty applies to failures caused by abuse, misuse, accident, improper installation or failure of another piece of equipment. Items modified, altered, or used for an application for which they were not intended is also excluded. In other words, we are not responsible if you hook up you power leads backwards or if you removed a "do not remove" or Cb Shop sticker. If we see that this is what happened, you will be charged for any and all repairs.

CB Shop Overloon will not be responsible for inconvenience or loss of use while the item is being replaced or repaired.

Returned products will be replaced, repaired, or a refund will be given at our option.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be considered after 30 days of receipt of your merchandise, and everything must be in salable condition with all accessories intact.

If you return your merchandise for a refund while it is in need of repair and it was not defective from the factory, you will be charged for the repair plus 20% of the total price of your merchandise (as we can no longer sell it as new.)
