CBSHOP has been active on the internet since 1996. We were one of the first complete websites about cb radio and radio scanners. In all these years we have built up a good reputation with customers from all over the world. We have served customers on islands in the pacific you probably have never heard of.
 
Our main market is of course The Netherlands, where we are based. Our 2nd market is the United States of America. We sell a lot of unblocked scanners to the USA. Although some of our products may be of interest to you, problems may occur with shipping or customs in your country. See our FAQ page for more details.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

CBSHOP ships with TNT priority service. This means that in even the most remote islands in the world, you will receive the parcel in a maxium of 10 work days for a reasonable price.

All our products are legal to sell in the Netherlands, but some may be illegal in your country.  If Customs in your country opens the package and confiscates it,  we do not refund payment.
This is your own risk. We ship our products with TNT and the chances of customs opening the package are limited. It should be no problem. However if it occurs, we do not refund money, we delivered.

(Weve done this worldwide via internet since1996 and have only had 1 order confiscated in 1998 that was send with regular mail, and we ship a lot !!

With TNT post priority service we insure the parcels also. But checking what has happened to a parcel in the USA takes a very long time. We return your money when the TNT refunds our money and when we know that the parcel was lost and not confiscated by Customs.
Since the US Postal service sometimes can't trace the parcel, there is still a small risk that you are with empty hands in the end. For secure shipping we advise to go with DHL with insurance with a special request via e-mail.

We ship the package from a private address or a computer store and in a neutral paper, so the contents is not obvious. If you also use your private address, it is just another package from your friend from the Netherlands.

Since Business to Business more commonly use fast shipping methods we put a (invented or suggested) business name on the invoice instead of only your personal name.

If you order a product from us, you can return it with no questions asked.
For this service you have to order a product with: DHL shipping, the product must have a serial#, the order must be in perfect condition, and complete. The shipping and handling costs for this service are paid by the customer. So you still have to ask your self if you really want the product before you order.
